The Elms Family Medical Centre was established in 1994 and is located in the heart of Bacchus Marsh, near the famous elm tree-lined Avenue of Honour, from which our name was inspired.

Our commitment is to provide a comprehensive range of health care services in a friendly general practice environment.

Monday to Friday                                        8.00 am-7.30 pm

Saturday                                                     8.00 am-12.30 pm

Sunday and most public holidays           10.00 am-12 noon
